VacTrade UK's DCT-T-300 is equipped with a spacious 300 mm diameter cylindrical chamber, enabling long-term deposition on samples up to 15 cm in diameter or multiple smaller specimens.
The fully automated, programmable carbon coating process ensures precision, repeatability, and ease of use. Additionally, the system supports thermal evaporation of low melting point materials in upward or downward directions, with an adjustable source-to-substrate distance, enhancing its versatility for advanced applications.

DCT-300 Thermal Evaporation
The DCT-T-300 features a high-current power supply and a low-voltage resistive thermal evaporation platform, making it ideal for a wide range of thermal evaporation applications. The system supports controlled material deposition onto substrates and is compatible with various thermal sources, including boats, baskets, and coils, all installable on a single source holder.

Clean Vacuum
The DCT-T-300 is equipped with a cylindrical Pyrex vacuum chamber (300 mm OD, 200 mm H) and an internally mounted turbo molecular pump. Backed by an optional 6 m³/h two-stage rotary vane pump, it ensures a clean vacuum environment, eliminating the oil contamination typically associated with diffusion pumps.
DCTT-300 Touch Screen
DCT-T-300 is equipped with a 7” colored touch screen with full automatic control utilizing a user-friendly software to control and adjust the deposition process data. The vacuum and coating sequence information can be monitored as digital data or curves on the touch screen. The last 300 coatings information is saved on the history page and can be transferred to PC by a USB port on the device.
DCTT-300 Sample Holder
The DCT-T-300 supports a variety of customizable sample stage configurations tailored to user needs. Standard rotation stages feature adjustable height and angle, offering ease of use and versatility.
For uniform coating of porous specimens, the optional rotary planetary sample stage is an excellent choice. Additionally, for larger samples, a 6-inch rotatable sample holder stage (without incline adjustment) is available as an option.
