The DTT is a turbomolecular-pumped desktop thermal evaporator designed for thin film deposition. It features a triple-source system compatible with boats, baskets, and coils, installed on the baseplate. The adjustable substrate holder, controlled via a touchscreen, makes it ideal for depositing single layers, multilayers, or alloys.

Vacuum Evaporator
This vacuum evaporator is designed for rapid operation, reaching the desired pressure quickly and completing the coating process within minutes. Ideal for laboratory research, it can also be installed inside a glove box for depositing air-sensitive materials.

The DTT features three independent heat-resistant evaporation sources (boat, basket, coil). Its well-designed holder prevents cross-contamination between materials. The source holder length is adjustable from 5 to 9 cm for added flexibility.

Clean Vacuum of DTT
The DTT features a cylindrical Pyrex vacuum chamber (300 mm OD, 250 mm H) with optional height extension using an additional Pyrex cylinder. It is equipped with a 90 L/s turbomolecular pump and an optional 6 m³/h two-stage rotary vane pump, ensuring a clean vacuum free from oil contamination typical of diffusion pumps.
Touch Screen DTT
Desk thermal evaporator is equipped with a 7” colored touch-screen panel using user-friendly software to control the deposition process data. The vacuum and coating sequence information can be observed as digital data or curves on the touchscreen and the last 300 coatings are saved on the history page.
