The DTE features a 1.2 kW high-current DC power supply and a low-voltage resistive thermal evaporation platform, supporting a variety of applications. It accommodates different evaporation sources, including boats, baskets, and coils, on a single thermal source holder.

The DTE is a lightweight, budget-friendly deposition system with a small chamber, designed for quick vacuuming and efficient thin-film coatings. Key considerations include:

Clean Vacuum of DTE
The DTT features a cylindrical Pyrex vacuum chamber (300 mm OD, 250 mm H) with optional height extension using an additional Pyrex cylinder. It is equipped with a 90 L/s turbomolecular pump and an optional 6 m³/h two-stage rotary vane pump, ensuring a clean vacuum free from oil contamination typical of diffusion pumps.
Sample Holder DTE
DTE deposition system enables metal evaporation in upward and downward configurations.
Upward deposition: The material is loaded in a boat source and the sample is attached to the S-Clips on the chamber lead to allow easy access.
Downward deposition: A small amount of desired material is loaded in the basket with rotating sample holder (Optional) on the baseplate.
Touch Screen DTE
The DTE features a 7-inch color touchscreen with user-friendly software for managing the deposition process. Users can monitor vacuum and coating sequences through digital data or curves, with the last 300 coatings stored in the history page for easy reference.
